Many of my clients prefer the undivided attention of a private session in my quiet garden studio, especially if they are recovering from an injury or have had hospital treatment. A one-to-one session also has the advantage of allowing me to devise a program of exercises specifically for your needs.
Some group class clients also book the occasional private session to focus on particular areas more deeply.
Pilates-based rehabilitation is an excellent way to address the body’s imbalances. After making a full assessment, my aim is always to treat the root cause of your problem. At the same time, I will look at correcting asymmetries and any chronic weakness you have to prevent injuries from reoccurring.
